Near the top of the screen you can see a row of headings.  This is the menu bar. Run your mouse cursor over the menu.  Some menus have sub-menus.  Click in the bar or drag down over the sub-menu and click that.  The related information will be show in the centre of your screen.

You can use the menu that will open on the left of the window to navigate within that menu.  In general, blue menus contain information to help you use the web site.
