You need to complete a membership application form to join PMHU3A.  You can collect a form from our office or you can download a copy here.

You can then submit your application for membership:

1. In person at the office at the Maritime Museum Cottage at 2, William Street, Port Macquarie.
   The office staff will lodge your application and collect your membership fee that you can pay by cash or cheque.
   Please check the office open hours.
2. By post. 
   You can send a form and cheque to the treasurer.  The office staff will process your application once your cheque has been cleared.
